Deconstructed: Right to Religion in the Indian Context
Western image of a melting pot of different groups. Rather it is more like a patchwork fabric
that has clear lines between them.
Indians prefer keeping their respective religious communities in segregated spheres; they live
together, separately. This paradoxical element makes sense for Indians because they like to
maintain their distinctiveness, while at the same time being tolerant towards their outgroups.

Social Media Experience
At The Safe Space Project, I was with the team brainstorming for all campaigns. But for these two in particular, the design was my brainchild.
Social Media is a space where people like to be heard, like to relate. The aim of our campaigns was not just to share relevant information, but to give the impression of a safe space. Through illustrations, the message and experience of the victims became more impactful. Over here the comments accusing victims are silencing their rightful voice. And what better way to show it than with the representation of a diverse people who face the same challenges?
Social Media at Deccan Herald
At a Media Publishing House like Deccan Herald, I explored my journalistic instincts and skills to bring a story to life. By interviewing people and capturing videos on-site, this story was made into a 60-second video.
The rest of the following content was compiled by analyzing news and packaging them into social media content. The following videos were made to complement the print stories published at Deccan Herald
